MHA was established in 1993 in response to concern amongst financial service firms of the impact of the new UK Criminal Justice Act. Fifteen years on we provide training, consulting and practical resources to firms across diverse industry sectors - including banking, securities and investment, insurance, legal, accounting and gaming, to name a few.

Whether in the public or private sector, exceptional client service is our primary driver. We have built enduring relationships with professional associations and our joint venture partners.

MHA regularly works with the UK government, the Commonwealth Secretariat, central banks, the financial services regulators, the Law Society, the ACCA and many other professional associations.
