Training Strategy Consultation

Dedicated MHA consultants will work with you on the identification of training needs, risk assessment, gap analysis and risk profiling of the different audiences within your organisation. Subsequently we will assist you with the formulation of an effective training strategy closely mapped to your policies, procedures and actual business processes. An effective training strategy can never be developed in isolation. Once the strategy is agreed there is no obligation to engage MHA for the implementation.

Training Strategy Design and Delivery

Together with carefully selected partners we will take responsibility for the implementation of the agreed strategy. We will work closely with you on the appropriate content communicating the messages that will ensure the training objectives are met. We will advise on the most appropriate method of delivery bearing in mind the size of the organisation and the learning preferences of the audience. Our practical training is delivered using the method that is most applicable to the needs of the target audience, and can be classroom, paper or technology based.
